Click on the ‘Report Repair’ button on your home screen in order to start creating a new repair.
Whilst raising a repair you will be given an opportunity to schedule an appointment which is convenient for you. All appointments that are scheduled via the resident portal will instantly go into out appointment diaries ready for an engineer to be assigned.
When choosing your appointment slot there is tick option to ‘Avoid School Run’, this will ensure your appointment is done outside of school run times, if you require any additional special requirements please call us on 0800 011 3241 for further assistance.
In the event of no appointment slots being available please allow up to 48 hrs for a member of the team to make contact with you. Please avoid re-raising the same job multiple times. Alternatively please call us on 0800 011 3241 and we will be happy to assist.
Once you have been provided access into the portal for your property, you can request another property to be linked. Click on your name on the top right corner and select ‘Register a property’. Once you have submitted your details this request will be reviewed by a member of the team and you will be contacted via email whether it’s been successful.

Surveys are used to understand where we can improve or what we are doing correctly in our business from a customer’s point of view. We use surveys at different stages of the process, this could be how well the call centre has handled your query or based on how the engineer did with carrying out your repair.
